Period Delay

Periods can be seen as an inconvenient and some women choose to delay their periods for special occasions. Periods are triggered every month by a drop in progesterone levels. By keeping your hormone level high, you can delay your period for up to 17 days.

We offer period delay medication which allows women to postpone and control when their period starts for times when a period would be inconvenient, such as when they are going on holiday or sitting an exam. There are period delaying tablets such as norethisterone and Utovlan (brand name of norethisterone) available.
